As many of you know I am lucky enough to be on the Paislee Press CT.  I absolutely adore Liz as a person and designer.  She does the most incredible designing.  This week she has posted her photo processing.  And even though I have my own professional photography business, I love seeing how she works the Totally Rad Action Recipes.

A tutorial and QP giveaway

For those of you who are new to the whole digital scrapbooking arena, quickpages are a great way to get started. Even if you know your way around Photoshop pretty well, using quickpages can be a definite time-saver and a great go-to when you need something gorgeous in a pinch.

Liz has designed a beautiful freebie and even put together a wonderful tutorial on her blog that walks you through the process of using quickpages step by step.

Here I used a new picture I just got of my daughter Madison out at a park in the Fall leaves.  It was the perfect photo for this brown QP!  I added my own text because the text on the QP I could not find a picture that would allow it to show through.  So this worked for me.

Another LO done...

It's ashame it takes going away to get LO's done.  But I am so glad I did.  Wish it wasn't ending today...so sad.  Kristin is already upstairs getting ready to head out. 

At least Kim and LouAnn are coming to my house and studio today.  So I get to visit with them some more before Kim heads back home Tuesday.

I loved doing this LO.  One of the girl's that came to our digi weekend, Cheri, took it of me.  I never get pics of myself...so thank you Cheri.
